About Me
My path to becoming a massage therapist wasn’t a straight line. For many years I felt drawn to this work but didn’t fully understand why. Eventually that pull became strong enough that I returned to school, enrolling in massage therapy training in June 2021 and earning my Connecticut massage therapy license in May 2022.
Since then, I’ve continued expanding my skills through ongoing education. Over the course of 2024 and early 2025, I completed Thai Massage Level 1 and Level 2 training and began focusing more deeply on myofascial release, fascial massage, and gua sha techniques. I’m currently exploring additional training in craniosacral therapy as the next step in my professional development.
Much of what shaped my approach to this work comes from my own life experiences and the people closest to me. Becoming a mother deepened my awareness of how closely our bodies and nervous systems are connected, and how important it is to have spaces where we can slow down and feel supported. That perspective continues to influence the way I show up for the people I work with.
One of the things I love most about this profession is the variety of people I get to meet. I work with clients seeking a relaxing spa-like experience as well as those dealing with chronic pain, injuries, or ongoing physical stress. My clients range widely in age—from young children to older adults, including clients approaching 90 years old. Being able to support such a wide range of people and needs is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
I’m also honored to work with VA clients. My brother’s time in military service gave me a deeper appreciation for the veteran community, and being able to support veterans through bodywork is something that feels personally meaningful to me.

My work is rooted first and foremost in myofascial release principles, focusing on the connective tissue that links the body together. Rather than treating muscles in isolation, I follow fascial lines and patterns of tension to support more integrated, lasting relief.
This approach uses slower, sustained pressure and intentional pacing, allowing tissue to respond without force. It’s especially helpful for chronic pain, long-held tension, and discomfort that feels widespread or difficult to pinpoint.
What Makes This Work Different
Instead of asking you to choose between Swedish or Deep Tissue when booking, each session is shaped around how you want to feel when you leave. Your needs may change from day to day—especially if you’re booking weeks in advance—and this approach allows the work to meet you where you are.
Sessions may include:
- Broader, flowing work for relaxation, stress relief, or improved sleep
- More focused, deeper work for chronic or localized pain
- A blend of techniques when your needs fall somewhere in between
Pressure, pace, and focus areas are adjusted throughout the session based on your feedback and your body’s response.
