Booking & Payment Policies

Payment Policy Payment Methods 

Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, credit/debit card (Stripe), or VA insurance for approved referral clients. Payment is collected at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged. 

Session Rates 

Session pricing is listed on the website and during booking. Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Prepaid sessions or packages do not guarantee future pricing. 

Refunds 

All services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

These policies help create a calm, consistent space for healing and allow time to be honored for every client. 

24-Hour Notice 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the booking system, text, or direct communication. 

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled session may require a card on file for future bookings. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a $40 late cancellation fee. 

No-Shows 

Missed appointments without notice are charged 50% of the session fee. A deposit or card on file may be required to book future appointments. Repeated missed appointments may limit scheduling availability. 

Late Arrivals 

Appointments are reserved for the full session time plus 10 minutes for intake and wrap-up. I work with the body rather than the clock and will do my best to provide a full session when time allows. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and full payment applies. 

Emergencies & Communication

Life happens. Emergencies are handled with discretion. Open communication and mutual respect for time are appreciated.

Practitioner Rescheduling

In the rare event that I need to reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. I will prioritize finding a new time for your session. Your time and care are important to me, and I appreciate your understanding when unexpected situations arise.
